En español, homínidos, Hominidae es la familia de primates, perteneciente al grupo de los monos antropomorfos, de los que actualmente sólo sobrevive el Homo sapiens sapiens. En sentido amplio se incluye a todos los grandes simios (Hominidae s.l.)
